Who we are

Artallur Technologies India LLP (“ATIL”, “we”) is a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office in Belgaum, Karnataka. Scaleskus is our platform brand.

For personal data processed through the Scaleskus website and platform, ATIL is the data controller. Where we process Amazon account data on your instruction as part of a managed service, we act as a processor and you remain the controller.

What we collect

Information you provide: name, work email, phone number, brand or company name, role, marketplace and billing details, plus anything you write in a contact form or support message.

Amazon data you authorize: advertising, sales, inventory, catalogue and change-history data for the Seller Central and Amazon Ads profiles you connect, retrieved through Amazon’s official APIs under the scopes you approve.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and actions taken in the platform, retained for security, debugging and product analytics.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the analysis, reporting and automation you subscribe to; to authenticate you and secure your account; to provide support; to process payments; and to send service communications about your subscription.

We send marketing email only where you have asked for it, and every such message carries a one-click unsubscribe.

We do not use your Amazon account data to train machine-learning models, to benchmark other customers, or to inform advice given to anyone else.

Legal basis and your consent

We process account and billing data to perform our contract with you, technical and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a safe service, and marketing data on your consent.

Amazon data is processed strictly on the authorization you grant through Amazon’s consent flow. You choose the scopes, and you can withdraw them at any time from your Amazon account.

Who we share it with

We share data with infrastructure, payment, email and analytics providers acting as our processors under contract. We publish the current list on request.

We may disclose data where required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case you will be notified before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

We never sell personal data, and we do not pool customer account data for resale, benchmarking products or market reports.

Retention and deletion

Synced Amazon data is retained while your subscription is active and deleted from production systems after cancellation, with backups aging out on our normal cycle.

Account, billing and correspondence records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax and company law.

You can request deletion at any time by writing to support@scaleskus.com.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask for it to be deleted, object to particular processing, or ask for it in a portable format.

Requests go to support@scaleskus.com and are answered within thirty days. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the platform. Analytics and marketing cookies, including Google Tag Manager, load only where you have consented.

You can change your cookie choices at any time from the banner or your browser settings.
